Calling is quickest. If you would rather write it down, tell us the car and what it is doing, and Marta calls you back by noon on the next day we are open.
- Have ready
- The year, make and model of the car.
- If a light is on
- Whether it is steady or flashing, and the symbol if you can see it.
- If it is a noise
- When it happens: braking, turning, a cold start or over bumps.

Come in through the gate on Elm Court and park in the lot behind the building. The office door is on the lot side, next to the counter where Marta writes estimates. The board hangs in bay 2. Not to scale.
